4.we have  large-scale  CNC,milling machine ,grinding machine ,drilling machine, and some other advanced equipments,each has a quantity  of 8 sets ,this ensures that the mold can be finished before the deadline.

5.we own sophisticated chroming technology and two big 12-meter- deepth nitriding furnace, the  mold after chroming or nitriding treatment has high hardness and long service life.

6.we use P20,38CrMoAl ,42CrMo,Cr12 grade of steel to in GB(china)make the pultrusion die ,the die we make has high hardness,beautiful appearance and long service of life. 

7.we own skilled workers and exquisite polish technology ,which make the mold bright and smooth like a mirror.

8.we trade with you as follow steps :

 A. Clients offer DWG ,PDF,JDP or give a specification of required profile. 

 B.we give the quotation including price, material , treatment ,package and delivery time ,payment terms,If some of these items are not satisfactory to you, give us your idea,we promise that everything can be setted through friendly negotiation. 

 C.After we come to an agreement, you place an order and arrange the deposit. 

 D.We then make a detailed drawing for your confirmation ,you check the drawing ,if some of the design not satisfied or not suitable for your machine,point out  or make changes directly  or give us your requirements ,we will design again ,until the drawing get your approve. 

 E.After the drawing has been approved , we will arrange production immediately and finish the production before the deadline promise in the order. 

 F.After  completed , we will arrange shipment , if with your forwarder , we will give the needed help to him for ship your mould.If transport by our forwarder ,we promise that we will find a forwarder with reasonable price and good service , and we will follow the tracks of your goods until you receive. 

 G.After you receive our mold,if somewhere are not satisfactory to you , tell us , we promise that we will return the money to you or make another set for you.But we believe this will never happen. your comments and suggestion will be appreciated , as this will be great importance and a big encourage to us .We will continually improve the quality of our mold and service.We believe that a good company is built through customers' suggestions.
